In this project, I chose a complex system (American healthcare) to research and identified its parts and how they work together, what the pain points are, how people benefit (or not) from this system, and how things change over time. As a final deliverable, I developed a solution that could aid in solving a problem within healthcare both for the near future as well as how it could evolve 10 years from now.
